Not really, but it is getting broadcast on the Toonami Jetstream video service and the NFL's own kid-oriented website. It's one of those things that logically make perfect sense but you never expect the companies in question to actually take advantage of it. Maybe if it's a success we'll also get the Eyeshield DS and Wii games brought over!

Even though this is being dubbed as a kid's show, I hope we're past the point of needing riceballs to become donuts.

Yeah, sports anime has been pretty conspicuous by its absence from TV broadcasts. There's so many based on basketball, baseball, tennis, and other sports popular in america that it's a wonder there hasn't been one with a high profile release like this one.
