Well, let's suppose for a moment that Feito-chan were real. Then, in that case, if (like me) you happen to also have a 3D complex, you would be in love with both 2D Feito and 3D Feito.
Since 3D girls exist as physical persons, and not as ideas manifested through art like 2D girls, it means that she would only have one age of particular, but my emotional life would still get quite screwed up, because I would be feeling four different kinds of love for the three main 2D versions (loli, high school, and adult) and the 3D instance.
In that case, it would be very beneficial to be able to stop loving the 2D ones. Now I'll be the first to admit that the idea that Feito-chan could become a 3D person is quite unrealistic, but I still think that this knowledge could be valuable in some rare edge cases. Of course, an article explaining "how to love an anime character even more" would be much more useful.
