I guess so, on their Website it says that some Anime Series are available through Azureus.

And will Madman continue to release the series which it had licenced from Geneon, or does the dissolution of Geneon have some impact on that also?

And will sites like AnimeSuki add these series back in now that they're unlicenced.

It's an interesting situation, I can't remember a company with so many licences shutting down before this.

It's really a shame. I wanted to buy and support their releases, because they licensed some of the best titles (Kamichu, Haibane Renmei). But now it would be like just throwing money into the wind.
