Not exactly. OP is asking about NewType (the very much still-alive, original, Japanese version), not NewTypeUSA (which is still very much dead).

ADV hasn't the money to start NTUSA back up at this point, even if they wanted to. There were rumors back in the spring that Kadokawa Shoten might either find a new publisher, or try to revive it on their own (since they supposedly only pulled the plug on it due to ADV's business practices), but nothing has come of it as yet.
