Boku no Pico isn't loli. It's not really shota either, more psuedo-shota (ie. adolescents).

If you want to see psuedo-lolis, then there's a lot of series out there. Unfortunately, loli animes aren't as prevalent.

You might want to check out Imouto Jiru for a short (never finished) good hentai featuring lolis. The legality of this show is severely questioned. You have been warned.
