Some attempt at shounen fighting and Hitohira at the same time, with everything they could stolen from Tsukihime + Death Note.
Random scenes try to do experimental animation and fail at it. Humor added all over the place where it's not wanted. Not good.

Electronics break whenever the main character is upset. This is 100% of the time; she isn't a person, just a whining and cringing machine. Nothing even like a dynamic character here.
Nobody is appealing and the art is awful, thanks Studio DEEN.
Tetsuko no Tabi 01
Nonfiction anime about a manga about drawing a manga about a guy who visited every JR train station. Surprisingly good, even though the stations are pretty boring. Wild and competent overacting by Nobuyuki Hiyama, using slight variant on his Madarame voice.
