A hotel owned by black people has ghosts in it, which are dispelled by Link, who has a sword and is dressed as a gay pirate. Show is animated in watercolor with parallax clothing. Too exhausting for me to watch it.

Norio doesn't even care anymore! The first five minutes are just him talking in his real voice. Also some guys get shot and survive since they're immortal.
Baccano works by introducing 3000 characters and having them all come towards the same plotline through coincidence, so I can't follow what's going on even though I mostly understood it.
