We meet orphaned this 12-year-old girl named Karin Hanazono. Her beloved cat recently died, she’s getting horrible grades and is forced to live with her mean aunt. One day, Karin meets a boy named Kazune Kujyou, and discovers that her mother’s ring has the power to give her god-like powers.

Pita-Ten designs. Cute. Animation uses quite a few shortcuts, but it's not too too bad. The problem is... the soundtrack! Very unfitting background music, IMO. Some sound effects are missing, too. Ruins the Cuteness Overload experience.
