Guy got kicked out of his fire Clan because he had no talent. 4 years down the road he comes back to Japan and has now power to manipulate the wind. But there has been a murder and the clan accuses him of doing it.

Dunno if it was my copy but the episode is sorta blurry and over-exposed. So far I'm not impressed. The kid is a crybaby, the guy is overdoing it when using his new ability (problably to compensate), the girl is more interested in blaming the wind for uncovering her panties than blaming herself.
