The year is 202x. Sixth grader Yasako Kokonogi moves with her family to Daikoku where her grandmother lives. Yasako, along with her sister, walks in Daikoku's streets, looking at the surimposed virtual world which can only be seen through special computerized glasses. With those one can surf online, look up maps, etc. But they encounter a strange creature and things start to go wrong...
Slice of future life.
The trailer was way more exciting and mysterious, this episode was a bit on the slow side especially at the beginning. And I didn't feel much sympathy for that scraggly, mangy dog when bad things happen to him, even if the animation was top notch. The other virtual pet was even worse: it's a hairy old dick(or a radish?)! >_<; Maybe the music used had a weak score for those action scenes as well, I dunno. On the plus side, the creature chase was exciting... for the couple of seconds it lasted. 'Need more episodes before I can form an opinion.
