Using this the thread is often bombed with copy pasted AA until the thread has no chance of recovery. It's done to force afui blogs to be unable to reprint the thread.

(Based on the info I could find Mass killing chuu seem to be similar to what western image boards call "edgy/edgy kids". The kind of people that enjoy others suffering to the point they don't care about others being killed or seriously injured when the rest of the thread does. The Japanese definition also adds "They certainly have a mental disorder. The possibility of them later becoming a random attacker in the real world is high.")
