For most of my school life, I've been jotting down random thoughts onto little scraps of paper and just shoving them wherever. It was usually at school or class, so they would usually end up in a backpack at the end of the year, and into these big boxes of previous years' school things I have on shelves in my room.
I dunno, it sounds like a blog more than a book. Not that this is a bad thing, just that it might not make it as a book.
I would recommend starting a personal wiki instead!
What >>2 and >>3 said sums it up. People might read something on the internet, but they don't care about you or what you think, at least not enough to buy a book written by you.
Unless, of course, you're a great writer who has insightful thoughts on interesting subjects. But even then, it'd be hard to get much interest. However, if you had a way of getting attention, like for example, some kind of blog or personal wiki, maybe you could get a book published.
If this can be published:

You could try publishing it, and I agree it is an interesting idea, but I don't think it's something a lot of people would go out and buy. Most people, when they buy a book, want to be able to get something out of it, whether it's a good story, or drama, or a lesson.
I'd be interested in reading it...But not so much in buying it, probably. But I'm a tightwad.
The Bible has beat you to it.
I like the idea, I my self from time to time, take some time out and write to express my self, my thoughts, and other various emotions are captivated in it, In a confusing string of questions and riddles which even my closest friends, can't discern my true meanings and intent.
I'd Have to say that a book idea depends, is your life filled with extraordinary situations and events that would be exciting, and if not, can / do you write in a way that could make even the dullest of tasks shine and enthrall a reader to be gripped to their seats. (I think I made that sound a bit harsh, ~_~' saying either do you have really interesting life experiences or are you a really good writer) What I mean to say is more along the lines of does your writing style have some kind of flair that make it different from everyone else's, and what would set this book apart from being just like a diary. + Also on that point if your taking notes and scraps from your past to compile a book no one said it had to be an autobiography, theres nothing wrong with fiction. In fact Thats what a lot of authors do they draw experiences from their past and write around it into a story.
