ammunition would surely be the wiser choice no? I assume you are already well armed if you are asking this question.
>>400
Stock up on water and food in a case that you survive the first strike, but civil defence falls apart.
>>401
I want to diversify my gun portfolio as far as what the gun is chambered in. But I imagine if I'm able to scavenge ammo, I'd also be able to scavenge the guns that the ammo was intended for.
>>405
You might want to limit yourself to the most popular calibres with good weight/effective power ratio since you would want to carry more. Guns that you don't use will be a dead weight on you. I wouldn't buy a new gun unless it's to arm a friend or a family member in case of emergency... or it is a gun of my dreams.
I don't think you should tell her she doesn't have blood.
>>407
what is the gun of your dreams, if you have one? genuinely curious.
Lesser of two known evils.
>>407
I already have 3 of the most common (9mm, 12ga, and 7.62x39), but I'm still missing 5.56 and .22lr to cover all the bases. I'd kill for a FAL even though 7.62 NATO is pretty rare.
But yeah arming others is the idea.
>>411 I met many people with the Smith and Wesson M&P15, it is a low cost but very reliable AR15 in 5.56
They also make the M&P10 which is an AR10 in .308/7.62x51
I don't know where to get an FAL.
PTR Industries makes a gun from the same era as the FAL. 308/7.62x51 is an option.
For 22LR, avoid the current Marlin 60. Some investment firm bought Marlin and Remington, then decided to cheapen the product quality for a quick buck. The Ruger 10/22 is worth the higher price.
It's really strange seeing people discussing guns. Haha, you live with fear in your hearts! Unlucky guys.
Sorry I didn't mean to laugh, I really do feel sad about it.
>>409
Not really, since AEK-971/A-545 is very uncommon in the army. The laws are strict here, no short barrels, no automatic weapons are allowed for civilians. At best it's either a non-lethal pistol or smooth-bore shotgun after getting a licence. Licence for rifles requires 5 years of smooth-bore ownership.
>>413,414
Aww, poor you getting all sad over the Internet. Inb4 it turns out that you attended the "self-defence" course that taught how to slit unarmed man's throat.
>>415 I meant sad as in I feel sorry for you, like seeing a homeless person on the street or starving African children on the TV. It's not really that big a deal.
>>415
Calm down, nipplehead. We're just observing (and lightly commenting on) a conversation quite alien to those of us not living in the Land of The Free™.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I just spent around 30 minutes mashing my keyboard into google translate and seeing what language it autodetects as
庭に草が生えている
in the garden is wwwwwwwwww
-an alien who learned both japanese and english by translating nicopedia articles
>>418
Try and create sentences in a language you're not very familiar with, going purely by its English translation. Latin works quite well for this game.
>>416,417
O-oh, I'm so sorry for hurting your tiny brittle heart by talking about weapons! I pray you don't lose your sleep over this and sob all night! Guns are so cold, heavy and loud after all, so insensitive...
>>421
Listen here, you wee cunt. Let's get this straight first: I am looking down on you. At this and any other point in time, there is nothing you could say condescending enough to belittle me enough that you "win" this pointless little exchange.
Secondly, you should take yourself a little more time to read the posts you are responding to. Yours is an unnecessary overreaction that leaves me with no more than two possibilities about the kind of person you are:
Now I'm off to shoot some things with my unrivaled hatred for anyone who doesn't like America.
>>422,423
Jesus Christ! You're insatiable, aren't you?
You butted in on an otherwise perfectly civil convo about guns with your passive-aggressive garbage and — zOMG — got what you craved for! A reply! And another one, because you didn't have enough. Have a third one, mate. Your attention craving and sensitivity is unbelievable.

Oh boy, here we go again.

Aside from guns, you should consider a proper post-apocalyptic war-proven transport, though: http://webmshare.com/play/ov330

I can't wait for this to be far enough in the past that movies are made about it.

Lol, I'm a pizza lover too. I've tried other places, but no other places satisfies my cheesy desires like pizza hut does haha. A guilty pleasure of mine is ordering one of their 10$ dinner boxes. Being able to order it online makes it too easy to pass up. It's just one click, and then I can go back to surfing the interwebz ;)
I thought this was one of ctrl+v threads

Look, you little piece of shit. There may not be a lot we can agree on, but the cheesy deliciousness of pizza hut is one. How about we settle this argument over some of pizza hut's 5$ breadsticks?
>>441 I'm an agreeable sort of chap but I'm afraid I'll have to disagree with you again, Pizza Hut's dough tastes like soap. But there's a hundred other pizzerias we can go to for a date?

Toppings in the crust? That sounds too delicious to be true. I wish this wasn't a limited time offer! Luckily I found this cool discount link which I'll let you guys in on: https://order.pizzahut.com/home?pass=dqn
I read a study that said people who believe that intelligence is designated at birth are more successful, happy people. Especially the ones who were non-altruistic and thought they were better than everyone else. Just giving you guys a heads up :)
I don't believe in successful, happy people.
I don't believe in happy people.
I don't believe in people.
I don't believe in ponds.
I don't believe in life after love.

When are we getting a facelift? I wanna see DQN-kun over every post.
>>475
Well, I guess it's more focused on how people who believe in a fixed intelligence usually have a harder time learning. Not what I was saying which was people who believe in a fixed intelligence are more happy.
It's hard not to be racist these days.

It lacks the intense, explosive joy of ⊂二二二( ^ω^)二二二⊃ or ( ˃ ヮ˂), or the unpretentious, self-effacing simplicity of Captain Obvious or ( ・∀・). (*゚ー゚) is just a mild, inoffensive platitude, almost asking to be overlooked. It is the awkward half-smile you make at a joke you don't get but don't want to ask to have explained.

Whoa, this sounds awfully complicated! Can I just order some pizza?
that was weird, not just because I watched it with my mother but because I completely understand the sensation of being a crab in a bucket trying to drag someone back in because it's lonely at the bottom
