regarding Trainspotting
if i can't be the little girl then at least i can try
>>498 Holidays should only be discussed and prepared for in the month they are are celebrated; say no to Christmas decorations before December, say no to talking about Hallowe'en in September, and definitely no talk of pancakes until Shrove Tuesday.
Cute girl waiting warmly for the adoption papers to come through.
Can't wait for the heat death of the universe.
>>506
Just today I listened to 65daysofstatic and was reminded of it because of "Heat Death Infinity Splitter" track.
It's going to suck though, you'll need to survive Sun blowing up and inevitable collision with that stupid Andromeda galaxy. So annoying, I want to go to event horizon of a supermassive black hole and skip some time there.
It's just a sweaty day.
finding out there's a camslut named onyxia only to find out that 12 other people in that thread have already made the slow DPS and by slow i mean FUCKING SLOW joke
I've recently been watching NASCAR and enjoying it. Am I turning into a blue-collar, lowbrow, old man?
The best ceiling is always the one above your bed.
Do green-haired girls really like Pizza Hut that much?
They just really like cheese-kun
the grocery stopped selling wild irish rose, how am i supposed to drink myself to death on 3$ a bottle of probably not turpentine now?
Let it be known that when the android rights movement begins I will be in full support of android "slavery."
I want all my garmonbozia!
Waifoob
Cute girl sighing softly to herself while watching the raindrops running down the windowpane.
"Classically trained" t-shirts
I think a nice cup of chamomile tea would do us all a lot of good.
Or maybe, "It's my garmonbozia and I want it now!
you can't enlonger the donger
Who let that exploitative nigger in? He probably feels smug that he found a bug everyone knew about. Doubly so because my post sounds angry.
And why did Waha turn out to be such a bad coder?
I think I just broke the stupid nespresso machine in my office.
Idea, why don't we start pronouncing DQN like sequin?
what do you mean you're not looking forward to reitaisai, aren't you excited about hearing the 9000000000th dubstep arrange of "UN owen was her"?
>>532
I'm not being sarcastic or facetious, that genuinely made me quite happy. GochiUsa is one of my favourite anime. I would gladly sell my soul and spend eternity in perdition just to cuddle Sharo once.
>>533
do-kyun, onomatopoeia for like a gunshot or a plonker being bonked on the head
I still need a costume.
Go as Hatsune Miku.
I think ISIS is interesting in that it's a serious 21st century attempt to build an empire. I mean, they collect taxes.
It's all over here anyway.
Where?
It bothers me that I can think like I think a conspiracy theorist would think. As in, maybe the weed lets you see the truth of things and even if I go straight forever I'll always have that nugget of doubt.
Unpopular opinion: ISIS is a natural consequence of the national borders in the middle east being drawn with a pencil and a ruler by some British and French fuckheads 1000km away from the ground forcing people who hate each other to live in the same country and splitting up the same people across multiple countries. The solution is to just let them do their thing and kill each other until they find a border that works for everyone or until everyone is dead.
ISIS is a consequence of America being a meddlesome piece of shit, that's all.
the cool mental disorder/weird mental disorder distinction
>>548 that might be the direct cause, but the ultimate cause is colonial adventures redrawing borders in ass-retarded ways to stick a bunch of people who hate each other in the same country.
>>550
No, colonial adventures are the cause of those anti white man sentiment in the West. Or ideas like "decolonisation of science" as witnessed by a recent video from "safe space" in some SA uni.
ISIS, however, is, just as >>548 said, a consequence of America being a meddlesome piece of shit. They had sectarian violence over whoever is real successor of the prophet centuries ago. ISIS, however, follows their how-to book literally - and no, you don't want to let them do their thing, because they will use their victory to promote following the book to a word across the Muslim world.
And stop trying to shift the blame to some other country, Arab spring and it's consequences are America's fault.
>>546
Check out Thad McKraken. You might like what he writes.
Captcha: thepube
>>551 if insisting that people look at the bigger picture rather than tunnel vision the past 15 years is "shifting the blame" then sure. I have no idea what you are even talking about in the first sentence but it seems largely irrelevant so I am just going to ignore it.
>They had sectarian violence over whoever is real successor of the prophet centuries ago.
Not just in Iraq but across the middle east national borders are all kinds of fucked up and it's directly traceable to the legacy of western colonialism. Sunnis and Shiites who've spent the past 14 centuries murdering the shit out of each other were suddenly forced to cooexist as "Iraqis", meanwhile 30 million Kurds were split up between 4 different countries.
I'm not particularly making a value judgement against colonialism there. But when there was a strong, central authority like the British or Saddam or the Americans there to force all these disparate people who fucking hate each other to stop blowing themselves up for a bit it might have been peaceful but as soon as that strong authority left, so did the peace. If it hadn't been ISIS it would have been someone else, and even if you destroy ISIS it'll just be someone else in a few more years as long as that power vacuum isn't filled.
As long as people who want nothing to do with each other are forced to exist under the same artificial state because their ancestors happened to live on one side of a line drawn on a map 90 years ago by some guy in London, and on and as long as American politicians continue to force their fetish for the status quo and straight lines on a map onto the rest of the world, the region will probably continue to be a violent hellhole wracked by sectarian violence. ISIS is only a symptom of a larger problem.
durka durka durka
>No, colonial adventures are the cause of those anti white man sentiment in the West
Or you know, a world shaping event that spanned centuries might have more than just one consequence.
I will destroy DQN inshallah
Not even the first time I've decided to crossdress while solving differential equations.
Also, holy shit, I look pretty cute dressed as a girl.
>>559
Sounds like a good way to earn money on one of those streaming sites, crossdress and do math.
How I Got From "Just be yourself" To "Just kill yourself" in Twenty Minutes Flat
>>561
I never thought of that, but maybe you're right. I wonder if I could make enough to fund a PhD...
Damn, we never got part 2 of Cool Candy Cave
Goodbye, real life.
What do normal people think about?
>>568
Probably about getting some shiny new thing they can barely afford - let alone need - or some new clothes.
I'm so tired of custom thumbnails on youtube, all those gross, retarded "reaction faces" with over-exaggerated emotions.
Seriously, what happened to the good old plain smile? Why does it have to be nothing short of mouth getting pulled apart by hooks? Why does it have to be jaw so agape, it's almost hitting knees? Why does a frown involve so many contracted muscles, the face looks like an anus?
Quill your shelf.
You and me bro, monkey movie marathon.
Oh ah yeah yea sure.
I'm down
>>541
I'm thinking clown is the way to go. And then if everyone else does it that just adds to the effect.
>>581 A few people have told me if anyone dressed as a clown comes near them, they will get a punch in the face (in light of the recent clown attacks)
Cute girl in non-Euclidean geometry.
>>583
If I had to guess, I'd say attacks against clowns are more common than attacks by clowns. But yeah, bad Halloween idea.
>>585
Police actually issued recommendations to clowns in gun-dense areas so they avoid getting shot.
Baneposting is at least partially a manifestation of an old joke, the idea that literary analysis is so bullshit that it could find meaning in literally anything.
>For example, only analyzing the conflicts within the Plane Scene would encompass at least the battle between good vs evil, terrorism vs the CIA, big vs small, master plan vs flight plan, control vs chaos etc.
>>588
GCSE english lit was just 2 years of me repeating "yes dear, very insightful, but what if the author wasn't as clever as you think you're making yourself sound, and just wanted to write a story?" internally.
I don't dislike my housemate, but from a utilitarian point of view I think he should die.
convinced there have been actual literal fist fights between the "alte hexe" and "alter keks" factions
Halloween is sure going to be fun with all these clowns running about.
I always go out for dinner on Halloween to avoid the tiny sugar fiends at my door.
Well, this is nice.
I have shitton of work but I don't wanna doooo iiiiit
