How come you can easily find videos of people old and young doing retarded shit from all over the world: USA, EU, Russia, wherever - but not from Japan? If something is Japanese, it's the same comics from TV shows. What is it, some kind of a strict censorship? Brainwashing? Are they trying to create an image of a lawful, obedient country, borderline robots?
