Anyone have a good omlete rice recipe? I really want to try to make some.

Make omelet. Before you flip it, instead put cooked rice in the middle and fold omelette in half. Plate. Draw on it with ketchup or some other sauce. Stick a miniature flag in it. Feed to Vita-chan, receiv blush. Feed to Hazuki, reciev neko mimi mode.
Omelete rice is really easy, just as easy as what 2 said. The real challenge is to make sure the omelete isn't broken when flipping over on top the rice. The even tougher challenge is how to make the sauce. And don't you residents say 'forget the sauce, just put ketchup'. Ketchup are for wimps and chums.
Use spicy steak sauce then.

Isn't kikkoman soy sauce? Just because it has the word 'sauce' in it that doesn't make it a sauce per se. Well, not on omelete rice in any case. Soy sauce would make the rice too salty. IMHO, the sauce should be savoury and a bit gamey.
I tried making it today twice. The first one looked like a frankendish, but it tasted good, and the second one looked better, but didn't taste very nice. The first one looked bad because of the flip I think, and the second one I added one more egg because I thought the first didn't have enough. However, 3 eggs was too many. If eggs came in half sizes I'd be set.
Would a frankendish be something made from genetically modified frankenfoods?
Also, I think Al Franken should open a restaurant called "Frankenfood."
