Anybody else doing their weightloss program? I've lost over 3 pounds already, and I only started last week. Anyone else able to report a success?

I have gone twice so far. I'm still getting used to the whole POINTS counting concept, but it seems a sensible approach to me to not just count calories or fat content, but instead use a number derived from both.

Losing weight is very simple you don't need some fad diet program. Balance all your meals properly, don't snack, get at least 6 hours of sleep, shower, be hygienic. Your goal is to get laid, rite?

Burn more calories than you take in. The hardest part is finding the motivation to get off your ass and stop fapping. GL if you find a non-drug related solution.

protip: amphetamines are dangerous with exercise but they provide great motivation.

Weight Watchers mainly just provides a structure and lots of cooking recipes to help implement >>4's suggestions. And then there's the weekly meeting to provide peer pressure as a motivation factor.

Won't really make a difference to or from as he's not single, so that can't be why he's doing it. My hip bone will appreciate the decreased pressure, though.

Hmm. I find that these sort of methods won't help unless the person themselves have the conviction to continue on the same way even after they've stopped using the program. Like what post number four said (minus the get laid), I'd say that eating right and in certain ammounts and lots of stuff helps.

Lost 83lbs over a year period. Just didn't snack, exercised as much as I could e.g. Squash, Rowing, Golf, Football, Rugby and Weights and ate less carbs. Pretty simple really.
