I'm looking for something that isn't just frying an egg. I want something new.

I like scrambled eggs with cheese. Ever since I've had them with cheese there is always something "lacking" if I get them plain.

You could try making egg custard

6 beaten eggs
2.5 cups broth (chicken)
1 tbsp salt
3 tsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce (if you like)

-beat eggs until mixed fully, but not frothy
-mix all the other ingredients together in separate bowl, until salt and sugar fully dissolved
-mix two together and stir until mixed. Strain
-foil the bottom of a baking pan (do not butter) & preheat the oven to 220 C (425 F)
-gently cover the top with foil (we're trying to get as even a heat distribution as possible)
-bake 30 minutes in oven (or until a toothpick stuck into it comes out clean (some broth should leak out))
-Cut into squares, cover in your favorite sauce, eat.

Curried egg is the win for me. Boil some eggs, peel them, mash them with curry powder, eat on toast.

However, I do recommend against eating this if you have the stay the night with a member of the opposite sex.

Egz-omlit:

  1. take two egs and break them into a cup
  2. mix them egs with a fork until they look like they are well mixed
  3. add milk - not to much, i'd say 1/3 of the cup your using now
  4. mix
  5. add some flour - not much, perhaps 1 spon
  6. mix
  7. add salt - can't help ya here, add as much as you preffer yourself
  8. mix some more
  9. you should have something like an omlete mix about now, with some flour chunkies in there - don't worry about them, they will dissapeare in the finall "product" :)
  10. You should have a pan with oil ready and by now it should be heated enough - so pour the egz mix in there!
  11. it looks like an omlete - but not quite. if youre good at this yoou'll be able to flip it in one piece, but i have to cut it in four pieces or it becomes a mess...
  12. eat the finished egz-omlite. i think chocholate or suggar should be nice with it :)

A side dish that is quite easy, tasty and interesting is fried boiled egg. Simply take one hard boiled egg, peel it and deep fry it. I should warn you that it makes quite a bit of noise and spitting. After seconds, the outside should turn bubbly, golden and crisp. Cut it in halves and eat with rice, veggies and maybe meat.
