Well, I'm going on an overnight trip and I'm wondering on what I can cook without a stove, a microwave, or an engine block for that matter. I'm expecting a coffee maker to be in the hotel I'm sleeping in so and ideas?

Oatmeal and cup ramen come to mind immediately. Any soups, really.
If you wanted to get creative you could make your own soup with your own ingredients.

There's also those awesome new macaroni and cheese hot water mixes that taste just great :P

Potato chips.

If the coffee maker has a "keep hot" feature, you might be able to steam something in it. Put some stuff in a parchment paper pouch with a little water and fold to seal.
