How do you guys get such a high score so fast? dmpk2k had 7,7 mil at stage 12 with 9 deaths whereas I had 5,1 mil and 8 deaths at the same stage.
I never get any Rapid Bonuses either, am I doing something wrong? I always try to kill the boss as fast as possible.
