Create a Character (14)

I really like games where you get to create characters, but I don't know of many where you can do that.

My ideal one would be like the Sims but with fighting... mind you, I only have a PS2 and a DS.

Games I have with create a character (to some extent):
Sims 2
Mortal Kombat: Armageddon
Lego Star Wars II
Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure
Armored Core Nine Breaker
Armored Core Last Raven
RPG Maker 3
Phantasy Star Universe
Spore: Creatures

are there any more good ones? Please any list create a character games you can think of, but I would prefer them for the PS2.

Thank you!

Soul Calibur 3 is pretty good. It's a fighting game with a character creation system. If you have either a Wii or Xbox 360, you should get Soul Calibur 4 instead. Really great game, I recommend it. :)

Sorry, I meant PS3 or Xbox 360. Soul Calibure 4 is not available on the Wii, sadly. Anyway, it's better than Mortal Kombat IMO.

Freespace 2 - It lets you customize your ship to a degree, not so much for custom freaks, sadly.

Custom Robo - It allows for alot of customization, but most of the customizations are weak, oddball or more of the same.

Disgaea's more of a grindan gaem. All characters, in the end, no matter what, will look, feel, act and play the same becoming damage dealers of death when complete. Customization only leads to the end goal of a maxed out character, and does not make it unique.

Too bad there aren't many Armored Core-like games out there on the net...

umm..Guitar Hero: World Tour has a decent "Create a Character" set up..i would say go get a PS3 or a 360 if ur trying 2 find console games that have character creations on them now a days...then i could rant about dozens and dozens of games with that feature
