Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness or Disgaea 2 for PSP? (6)

I want to try out this Disgaea stuff. I have a PSP. Should I get "Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness", or "Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days"?

I've never even played an "SRPG" (that's what they're called, right?) as far as I know. Basically, I only ever noticed the game because of the loli demon thing.

It doesn't much matter.
Might as well go with the first, some people think it's the better game. (Also, the loli demon thing only has a cameo in the second.)

fffffuck. Disgaea rocks, but I am so sad that there is no Internet multiplayer. Frickin' Japanese people all live within twenty feet of each other so they don't need the Internet, they just use local multiplay.

I was going to say get Disgaea 2.

Disgaea 1 was awesome, but leveling up clerics was hard because healing didn't give them experience.

That being said, Disgaea 2 is a lot more complicated. If you thought Disgaea 1 had a steep learning curve...

But since it looks like you already got 1, you'll probably want to grab 2 not soon after.
