Turns out that P5S is actually a Musou spin-off of Persona 5!
Looks like P5R will be a meatier upgrade for P5 than P4G was for P4.
Atlus also confirmed the presence of new confidants.

I actually watched someone else play it after my brother introduced me to it.
I am low on cash right now but I have enough to buy a ps4, the thing is I would rather buy P5 and a ps4 at the same time, so I don't know if I should buy it right now, or finish watching and buy Royal when it comes out in the US.

I like Megami Tensei
Just getting into this series. Digital Devil Story is a much cooler title. Having difficulty beating this. Put all of my stat points into strength on both characters because seriously who cares about that shit, it'll be maxed out at some point anyway. Or at least they better let me max it out.

The only Devil Summoner I've played was Soul Hackers (3DS port) so I wouldn't mind if Atlus ported the Raidou games on new systems.
As for new games featuring with Kaneko's deisgns: they will come out eventually.

I'd certainly recommend you to give the Raidou games a try if you don't mind emulating. As for Kaneko, I highly doubt it, he seems to have taken a less hands-on position higher in the company. The series are now firmly in the hands of his protege Doi and Soejima and younger staffs. Even Katsura Hashino might no longer be involved in Persona and is working on his own project.

I still haven't played the Raidou games because the second game wasn't released in Europe and the first didn't make it as a PS2 classic on the PS3 store.
I think Atlus should make a Raidou collection before expanding the sub-series with a sequel.

It looks like the Persona 3 remake and a new Persona 5 spin-off will be officially revealed tomorrow at the Xbox showcase.
Also, one insider is claiming that Persona 6 will launch before 2026.
Why remake persona 3 when you should remake 1 and 2? 1 and 2 aren’t that accessible to anyone who wasn’t around during the PS1 era: 1 hasn’t aged well and 2 has the worst gameplay in the series: if any, they should remake those games not 3!!!

Because remaking 3 is easier and less expensive than rebuilding, almost rebooting in a sense, the first two entries and it also works better as a filler release.
1 and 2 will surely be remade at some point in the future, though.
i just finished sonic adventure 2 and god that game is so overrated. when people say they like SA2 they like the sonic and shadow stages and nothing else.

Tbh I really don't know if I'll pickup P3 remake. If they don't even have FemMC or The Answer then what's the point? FemMC had the better social links and The Answer was ungodly hard as shit but cool as hell.
