[Xmas] Do you celebrate Xmas or an analogous winter holiday? (3)

So, as the title goes, do you celebrate Christmas or any similar holiday (Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Solstice, etc). If not, why not?

I'm a Buddhist, but I do simply because I like festival-style holidays, what with the food and gift-giving. Christmas is really two holidays with the same name, a Christian holiday and a secular one.

I don't celebrate Christmas because, oddly enough, I hate receiving gifts. I have no problems with giving presents. It's just when I'm on the receiving end, I feel as if my return is an obligation, not truly something given out of free will.

I don't celebrate Xmas, but I celebrate the two weeks it gives me off work.

Incidentally December 25 is technically the wrong date for Christmas. Apparently when the calendar switched from Julian to Gregorian, somebody forgot to change the calendars to keep Christmas on the same day. Instead it stayed on December 25, which is roughly two weeks too early. Interesting stuff.
