1. i accessed to http://youtube.com
2. and clicked "sign up" link on right side of page
3. then "Create Your YouTube Account" forms appeared
4. so i filled forms, almost honestly
5. and in the end, youtube gave me the message
   "Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us,
   you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com. "
6. every information i typed goes to heaven
7. go to 1

clear your cookies and tell them you were born in 1985.
