Surely when you think about 4-ch, you think it in your preferred language?

If you were to think "I am going to browse 4-ch today", surely you pronounce it in your head a specific way. I refuse to believe that one would think about 4-ch and just have an empty part of their sentence be their substitute for 4-ch!!!
