Hello there,

I've been trying to construct the helmet for the 7th Captain from the Anime bleach, well by trying i meant 'meaning todo' I've obtained Wonderflex and have like one reference picture of the guy but then like the numerous profit pun its like.

1.wonderflex
2. ???
3. Helmet! =D

Anyway, i was hoping if there were any Cosplay Enthusiasts that have any knowledge on using this stuff or with any sites which hold reference pictures/tutorials about the 7th Captain etc.

Anyway, Thanks in advance.

You mean that freaky-lookin' dude who looks like he's wearing a skull mask or facepaint? Good luck. It'd look amazing to pull off.

Ugh... I have issues here too.

I want to cosplay, but I keep getting fed the opinion that if you don't make your own stuff, you should never do it. Problem is I suck at making ANYTHING, let alone full costumes. I'm sure this is just in-scene bitching which I'm supposed to ignore and just do it, but I'm pretty self-conscious when it comes down to it.

Unless you're entering a contest I wouldn't worry about it. If you're just doing it for fun no one is going to care or notice, and on the off chance that they do or happen to ask you about your costume just be frank about what you made and what you bought and there shouldn't be any issue (most of the drama comes from people claiming to have made things that they didn't).

When you consider how expensive some of those cosplay accessories are, most losers like >>4 are usually proud to reveal how hardcore they are in purchasing them.

No, he meant the other freaky looking dude who wears a bucket over his head to hide the fact that he's a huge-ass furry.

>>1 Basically what you're going to want to do with the Wonderflex is to make a rough outline of the helmet out of something like cardboard. Then, build ontop of that with Wonderflex. The Wonderflex doesn't have much stability itself, so you won't be able to just mold a helmet out of it.
