The rat is just rambling about.
At one point he says he feels alone, he brings in his friend to the camera, then eats him, then he complains again he feels lonely; the puppeteer tells him "but of course, you ate your friend" then he explains he's just a puppet and has no mouth, and that his friend is still down there; friend says he's dead, doesn't want to come, then finally comes, then gets eaten again... etc.
I have a hard time understanding the puppeteer's speech when she talks. Most likely not French from France, probably Canadian.

2 has that exhilarated Jon-Jon puppet rejoicing about his talent and popularity. 'I've got so many fans', 'I'm so great, it rocks', etc. And then he starts dissing the watchers, and quarrelling with Kirby, complaining about her hand up his arse and telling her to go away. This goes on for a while until her arm hurts from the excess waving...

And 3 is a phone prank. Jon-Jon asks for the phonebook, picks a random name, and pretends to call the number. The answering voice is that of an old lady, whose name is Jeunois, which has "Jeune"=young in it. Jon-Jon makes fun of that and hangs up. Then he explains that the lady sounded kind and that one should be nice to kind people. And realizes the whole thing was totally unfunny, or rather puts the blame on the audience for not appreciating his good humor.

That's pretty much it. The whole thing is rather cute, but quite random, so you probably don't need to understand what's being said anyway.
