Lets talk about fake language, in general. Constructing languages yourself, fake language-like writing or talking, existing conlangs, etc!
Ive been trying to build a langauge. I swear Ill actually make some progress on that, someday. As of now I just have a bit of a meaningless poem that demonstrates general sound and appearance
"Slol ne snla snal sesha svang
slol ne snla snlath thnale thrang
snalas fel plr slo mlgn zha
zhe natha
Nyaath al sol ath sava ast
ngathath al so shar navast
sthaf nel ra zhaf alt a
zhe sl ftha natha"

Basically, mostly unvocalized, r's and l's are similar but distinguished, vowels are mostly sorta soft, kinda low-nasally mushy accent, I guess.
Other little things ive written to try and illustrate its sound arent quite so restricted in their sound, so this is supposed to be poetry in it, deliberately made to sound one specific way even in it.

At times it sounds as if you are saying "schlong" as in "big long schlong dong."

well schlong is almost certainly a word in the language, it fits with others perfectly. Maybe 'Long Schlong' is a name.

What about klingon? They have their own language institute!

Esperanto may be a shit, but its pretty cool that there exists a conlang with native speakers.

Wasn't JRR Tolkein a linguist who came up with a bunch of words for the Dwarven and Elvish language?

Yes.
Also Tolkien's Dwarves were Jewish, not Norse or Scottish as Tolkien-filtered-through-D&D pastiches often make them. They used Norse names because those were their use-names for going among the Norse-named humans of their surrounding region, not their real names.
