Holding hands... do you let the girl take the initiative or yourself?
Look at it this way: if she's waiting for you to do it, and you're waiting for her to do it, it'll never get done. If you wanna hold her hand, just hold her hand. If she doesn't like it she'll make it pretty clear.
ALWAYS your initiative...don't think I've ever had a girl even ATTEMPT to try and hold my hand during a date.

best way to hold her hand: when you are walking with her, notice something that may look cool or not just something, then grab her by the hand pull her over and say "check this thing out"
