I am interested in this girl, we are good friends and I am thinking of asking her out. I don't think she has any idea about my feelings and I don't want to be abrupt and surprise her.

Should I tell her about my feelings and ask her out? Or tell her about my feelings and ask her afterwards? Or just ask her out?
