I don't think she's interested...so why am I getting date vibes? (5)

Bit of an odd question. I'm kinda friends with a co-worker, we've done a few things together or in groups (clubbing and dancing--group, going to a movie premier or two--group, vegging at her place and watching dvd's with dinner--just us, etc.).

As far as I know she's not interested in me, but rather in another co-worker (but from what I can also tell he's ignoring her or is unwilling to do stuff with her beyond hanging at his place).

In any case I gave her a call last night and wished her a Merry Christmas, and as we talked she, in a rather round-about way, invited me to go clubbing/dancing with her again as just the two of us. This might be something she'd want to do for New Years so she wouldn't be alone for the night, but since we're both broke after Christmas and we don't get paid until after New Years if she did want to do something it'd have to be on the extreme cheap.

Anyways, enough slight side-tracking. Everything we did before was just friends out together in some way or another. Going out dancing, or long walks in the city-lit night (something else brought-up in that phone conversation last night) feels more than just a little date-like. Yet she DID inform me when we hung at her place the first time that she wasn't interested in anything beyond friendship with me (and the same with myself towards her--I don't like to date co-workers).

Okay, long story short: Am I imagining these date-vibes I'm getting? Because if I am, great! If not, I'm not sure WHAT to do.
