I'm sure this is an OLD problem but here goes anyway. I like this girl and I'm pretty sure she likes me back. Problem is, both of us are very shy. So... how do I start something?
Be casual and ask her out for something really mundane, like coffee or lunch, something really informal with lots of people. See how it goes from there. You'll be able to tell real quick if shes flirting with you or not, if she is ask her out for something more serious (like dinner). Good luck.
If you're ever at a movie or watching TV on a couch, just subtley try to cuddle up against her. Don't try to kiss her or anything, just lean against her, put your hand on hers, something like that. If she sits stiffly and awkwardly like she doesn't know what to do, she's probably not interested. If she reciprocates, that means she probably likes you too.
just keep sending her a sexual vibe. if she is shy, and doesn't have a boyfriend already, she is lonely. if she is lonely, regardless of whether she is interested in you now or not, that sexual vibe will grow rapidly inside her mind. it will pervade her thoughts at night and while she is brushing her teeth. instead of being pretty sure shes likes you, shell eventually make it a fact. dont over do it of course, just be brave and keep that SEXUAL vibe alive. also dont be embarassed to say sexy things (not perverted) even if you come off silly or stupid. you want to ensure your desire is well known. bring everything you can back to the subject of her sexiness. e.g. "i am so shy around sexy women, forgive me."; "lets go to mcdonalds, i just love to dip my mcnuggets in bbq sauce."; "im a pisces and i like chihuahuas and chinese noodles."
