It's way more probable that she gets something from going down on you than she infecting you with her mouth. In the same idea, AIDS can be transmitted by oral sex - from the person that receives said oral sex, to the person performing it. Not the reverse.

Note that this doesn't apply to herpes, but I guess you might get some hint if she has herpes.
