So, had my first one-night stand yesterday. I ended up drinking in a rock bar, and clung to the first girl that was flirting with me and asked her to stay the night.
The reason why I went to the bar by my self was not so much to pick up anyone but to just avoid being alone. In that respect, the entire thing was a success. After a long, dried out relationship it was fun to finally feel wanted again. Getting laid was a nice bonus.
In the end, I can see myself doing this again, but not for months on end.
So, I was wondering. What are your experiences with one-night stands? Any good stories to share? Did you gain anything from the ordeal or do you have any regrets?
