But what I can gather is that some people find it hard to believe that someone who can claim to sleep with any girl he wants is having problems with finding a girl to have a relationship with. And I find this hard to believe as well.

As for your problem. Do what you usually do. The only difference I see with the casual hookup and the long term relationship is the time spent together. So instead of sleeping with a girl, try to spend more time talking with her, spending time with her. You said you just like talking more than sex, then just talk with her. And as for finding the right girl, since so many approach you, then just pick out the ones you like and then "interview" them until you find the right one.
