Get to know her better, when you think of wanting to go out with her, you'll get realy nervous. Start thinking that she's only a friend and treat her like a friend, and no more.
Talk about stuff that doesnt relate to going out, just keep talking longer. she'll eventually feel more comfortable bcos u are not giivng her any pressure or mix signals.
When the time comes, eg. when she starts talking back to you with nice replies, you slowly flirt with her and talk about her.
