okay, so it's the middl of summer
and there is this girl i like, but i havnt seen her since the end of school, and he wont be backill the begining because she's off on a trip. but, i want to lose some major weight in order to get her attention. now, i'm not extremely overweight, i'm 17, weigh around.... 185. i'm semi-athletic (swimmer) so much of it is muscle, but i still have a flab stomache. i need tips on howto burn mucho fat

cut your meal portions in half and walk/jog/run at a comfortable pace that you can keep up for at least 45 minutes everyday (no breaks).
