My friends who date Japanese girls (I know about three, all of whom have had a couple) have largely complained that they didn't enjoy holding hands, and especially wouldn't kiss in public. But this is still a small sample size and statistics is just lies in the first place. As for other cultures I have no idea. Personally I was brought up to somehow not like physical touch much myself so I'm sure it's no related to race so much as it's related to family environment.
