find out what her hobbies and interests are. Shy people usually don't want to talk about things that they are afraid they will look foolish in, so make sure you talk about something you KNOW she has much more experience and emphasis that you don't know jack shit about it
this once helped me with a shy girl who was into animation. i couldn't get her to talk about anything but when i started to ask her about this she would just talk non stop (and as i said its important to show that you are intrested and wish to learn more)

She is probably just being wary of you. I'm guessing that you being boisterous and outspoken, would cause her to tread carefully in this relationship and retreat behind a wall until she is sure of where she stands with you. She is worried about what you will think of her when she reveals her true self to you, and does not want to get hurt because of it.
The thing with shy people is that it takes time for them to trust you and let down their defences. Then again, if you only want her to come out of her shell just so that you can get your routine blowjobs, I suggest that you stop wasting the time of both parties. Try not to compare her with other women and create expectations based on your previous encounters with loose women.

I suppose I use to be like that girl. When I was in high school, dealing with this girl I really really liked, even when we were with each other, I could barely speak a few words. (I had problems even sitting at the cafeteria table with ANY girl).
Eventually I forced myself to grow up and change, now I really never have any of those awkward social problems.
But I guess change will have to come from inside her, but a little caring motivation shouldn't hurt.
