My friends are dating.....TMI! (15)

First off, I'll just say that I'm a girl. I don't know if it really changes anything though. I had a Halloween party back on October 27th. Two of my friends, "A" (girl, 15 yrs. my friend for 8+ years) and "B" (guy, 13 yrs. my friend for 3+ years) attended along with B's friend. After beating on each other and basically acting like brother and sister, B started putting his arm around A, which she protested against. B's 'hobby' is annoying people, so he continued to put his arm around A and follow to sit by her when she got up to move. Eventually, they both just sat there, and I think I may have seen A holding B's hand.

The next day, or perhaps it was the day after that, B im-ed me and said that he had a crush on a girl, but he wouldn't tell me who it was until after he was done explaining. Just as he said something along the lines of 'Her name is', I typed in 'none of my business' and he typed in A's name. He wanted me to give him tips on how to ask her to be his girlfriend. (They live about 50 miles apart.)

Eventually, he convinced me to ask A to download the IM program that he had, and she did. After a bit of complaining because she was never on, they happened to be online at the same time. B asked her and gave me all the little details. A didn't tell me she had a boyfriend until one or two days later.

Here is my dilemma: B gives me all these lovey-dovey details about he and A, while A hardly mentions B at all. Worst of all, B told me that he promised A to kiss her, but she didn't know when, where, or how! A hasn't said a thing about it. I find myself uncomfortable getting all this info from B when it is unclear weather A even wants me to know. Ofcourse, I respect both their wishes, but I have no idea what to do when B starts going all smushy on me. Please comment >_<

Also....I REALLY do not need B laughing at me because I was surprised that they were telling each other "I love you". (O.o)

Take it easy,... There's nothing for you to do, because it's not your business. If B likes to talk to you about A, fine for him, that's not your problem. If A never talks about B, it is certainly even less your problem. Trust them, they will sort it out by themselves.

But I still have to listen. (>,<) I'm not one for romantic crap.

  1. Tell B to stfu.
  2. Play with action figures like a normal 13-15 year old.
  3. ????
  4. PROFIT!!

Just tell him that talking about his romantic plans and machinations makes you VERY uncomfortable, and that maybe A doesn't want the details of their love life shared with anybody else. If he continues to share these details, casually mention in a surprised tone how A never mentioned anything like that, just to see how he responds.
