Seriously, you have to move quickly. A woman sizes up whether she WOULD fuck you in the first half second she looks at you. You have a very narrow window to capitalize on a woman's initial interest, after that whether you WILL bone her is decided by the woman and her cold, cruel calculations about what kind of good you can do for her in the long run. There's a short period where you're new and exciting, and a different set of woman rules is in play. Once you're familiar, you're probably thrown in the "Friend Zone".

Confidence and aggression. Chicks go crazy for that shit, which is why even cheesy asshole creeps get laid on a more regular basis than "nice guys".
