After a year-long dry period... CAN'T KEEP IT UP! (3)

Yoh Secret Admirers,

Need a bit o' help.

So, this past year, I went through a dry period where I had NO sexual intercourse... and finally that dry spell was broken by a very refreshing experience, except for one big problem:

While we were having sex, I couldn't get off except orally. Seriously, she got off vaginally a good bit but poor me could barely keep going. And then this morning we went a second go, and I couldn't keep it up AT ALL.

While she wants to go at it again, we both want to figure out how I can "get my groove" back after a year of no sex (and even before that, 6 months of terrible sex). Any exercises or resources?
