I m french, i speack english, and I need help.. I love a woman but I m scare to say to her that I love her so much, she is so beautiful, I m afraid of her answer. So that s why I need help, I don t know how, when and where to say t her I love you.

Do not say "I love you" - that will scare her off. If you like her, you can ask her to go out with you. Do something that isn't a classic date (A classic date would be dinner or a movie) but make sure it's just the two of you. Go for lunch, or just coffee, or a walk in the park. If you're not sure if she likes you, you could begin with a group activity instead but try to pair up with her a bit. You'll need to act as though you aren't in love with her at the moment, because that would be too much too soon.
