There's this Japanese girl (in b4 weeaboo) I'm interested in. We talk sometimes, but recently I found out her judo instructor seems to be interested in her. He's a wigger (according to a male japanese guy who's a friend of the girl as well as part of her judo class) who gives her rides to judo (sometimes) and seems very interested in her. Japanese dude thinks she's just manipulating him, but I'm still worried. I'm just a weak average guy. How do you compete against a martial arts practicing wigger who's a guard at the local jail? This is no time to give up, but I have no idea how to fight back.
You're basically fucked. He's the alpha male, you're not. No, I'm not trying to give you any bullshit rhetoric. It's the truth. He's dominant, you're not. The best bet you have is to fake your own toughness, try to convince her that you're the dominant one and hope that you never have to come to blows with this judo instructor. Because if she sees he's more of a man than you, you're out.
Do you plan on trying to rough him up, or do you just want to win over the girl?
If it's either, you should really only be worried if there's a chance you'll end up in that jail.
Why do you have to physically be the strongest?
Talk to her and find out what she's interested in-- it might not be the kind of person the instructor is at all.
As a girl, I'd much rather someone who is interested in the things I am than someone who's "cool" or strong.

Yeah, ask her out, also find out what you have that he doesn't and capitalize, maybe you share a common interest with the girl and he doesn't, maybe you are a nice guy and he isn't, maybe you listen to her while he talks about himself or something. You get the point.

With that out of the way, OP, I must ask as to what connection you have with said chick. You said you talk sometimes. Would you say it's been "friendly" talk, or casual "Hi, I'm here and so are you." talk?
If it's casual, just start asking more about her on a casual level. Nothing personal.
If you're already friend-ish status. Apply the previous advice and add in some questions about what you already know about her personal situation with family, school, etc.
The main thing is to not appear like you're interrogating her/shooting her with a question gun. Keep a flow to the conversation. Portray yourself as just being genuinely curious. (Which you should be)
Keep at it, talk with her, but don't get "friended". Friended= when a guy keeps asking me about what I like, and I have no idea what to talk to him about so I mention random things. Automatic FRIEND.
Tell her about stuff you're interested in. Seriously.
