Hi, I was thinking of just sending a note saying to meet somewhere. Then I would suddenly do a quick hug at an opportune time and say I Like you, would you go out with me. Will it be good enough(I was thinking that was kinda rude, but she was looking at me a lot during classes these last couple days and it is at the end of the school year regrettably :( )?

Heheh. A quick hug?
You sound quite young. I think the best thing to do would be just to talk to her, don't stalk her, but say hi a couple of times and start up a conversation. If it's the end of the school year at some point ask her for her IM or phonenumber and stay in touch.

just start up a conversation, get to know her, then when you two get more comfortable with each ask her out.

'I love you' is too strong a phrase to use even if you're really close to her. It may throw her off, so use 'I like you a lot' or even 'I think I love you'.

Oh God, that would be the quickest way to drive a girl away. It sounds pretty damn creepy.

Instead, act like the cool suave guy who has more girls than he knows what to do with (even if that's not true) and this one girl has caught your eye. So you're gonna move in really slow and cool.

And never say "I love you" or "I like you" to a girl. She should be the one to say it first.

It sounds damn awesome in my mind. I don't get girls. Maybe if a guy did that he would come off as a creep, but if a girl did that to me, it would be too cute to bear. I'd pick her right up and cuddle her.

Man, just fucking do it, don't care what people say. Maybe it won't work for shit, but it will be an experience you'll treasure for the rest of your life.
