Also if your planning to take her away from that house being that she is underage you must have the consent of her parents to do so unless of course she is emancipated.

I believe there are three ways to become emancipated. one being married or joining the millitary (both REQUIRE parental consent from the mother, father or guardian) the other way is to do it in court. BUT I ADVISE YOU THAT THE LAST OPTION HAS A VERY SLIM CHANCE OF HAPPENING BECAUSE OF THE AGE DIFFERENCE AND THE FACT THAT IT IS A TIME CONSUMING AND COSTLY PROCEDURE. Also note that their are still some requirements for her to have to be emancipated. Each state has their own requirement I'm not sure about the procedures in Arizona though

15 is still to young of an age for her to go through all this legal stuff just to be with you. I'd just wait until shes over the age limit.
