OP here. He's only done it to me, and we've talked about how I feel about him. I like him, but as long as he is my friend, I'm happy. Of course, if he were single, I'd be the first one to ask him out, lol. He's said before he's half tempted to break up with his girlfriend to date me, but I'm not going to take that seriously.
