for the guys out there, what are your thoughts on figuring out the right time and place to tell a girl you like her?

I guess I'll give a bit of my own situation. Basically, I've known this girl for a few months and I'm tired of this blind dance of reading body language and idle chatter. I've also got this bad feeling several other guys are courting her too. So I've decided to take a chance, the big issue is figuring out how to do so and increasing my own chances with her. presentation is everything.
