This time you got it right, OP ^_^). Here are my comments:
* phone: you may have to try to find another way/more structured way of communicating. Some people can't stand the phone (me included), and sometimes you just have to accept that. For instance, in my case I never have my mobile phone with me except from 21h00 onwards, so my girlfriend can call me at those times. Try to find a solution that works for both of you.
* weed: that's a tough one. In general you can't win that kind of fight. Either you accept it, or you ditch him, or wait that he decides to stop by himself (which may not happen anytime soon). Don't waste your energy on that one, it's not worth it.
* as for being arrogant and immature: again, either you endure it or you ditch him. He'll probably mature with time, the question is whether you want to wait for that. On the other hand, don't let yourself be overrun by him, and call on his bullshit when he deserves it.It goes like this:

girls like strong guys. I guarantee thats why half the girls who like me like me, cause its not for my personality.
I see scrawny or fit men with chubby girls on a consistent basis.
Good looking women will also hang on the arm of unattractive or hefty men, not because they like that sort of thing, but because the value of a man is more than the sum of his parts.
You're still better off to be handsome and well-defined but, unlike the way us men think, women take a lot more into consideration than fitness, youth and beauty.
Girls like physical bodies that carry witty and confident personalities. It is almost cliché to find some ridiculously hot girl with a busted up derelict looking bastard (a funny, confident derelict looking bastard at that).
Some like their men skinnier (like a cross country runner type) or a bit thicker (like a gym rat). Some don't care as long as you're not ugly. Hard to pick one that covers most.
The real question might be, what type of girl are you trying to attract?
Being a girl, I ideally like tall guys who are toned but not completely buff. But really, average sized guys, not too skinny, not too muscly are fine. If they're down to earth and still believe in a bit of chivalry, it makes me smile more than a nicely sculpted body.
